清華大學(xué)機(jī)械工程系長聘教授,,擔(dān)任中國機(jī)械工程學(xué)會(huì)理事,、增材制造技術(shù)分會(huì)副主任委員、特種加工分會(huì)常務(wù)理事,、生物制造分會(huì)常務(wù)委員,、塑性工程分會(huì)常務(wù)委員等;科技部十四五“增材制造與激光制造”重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃指南專家組及總體專家組成員,。
研究方向?yàn)樵霾闹圃�,、生物三維打印,、重型液壓機(jī),、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絲纏繞技術(shù)等。獲得過國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),、三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),; 2006年入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”。
自1990年代初開始從事快速原型制造技術(shù)的研發(fā),開發(fā)了中國第一臺(tái)疊層實(shí)時(shí)制造(LOM)設(shè)備,,在中國率先開展了電子束粉末床熔融(EB-PBF)技術(shù)與裝備的研發(fā),,并推動(dòng)該技術(shù)成果實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化。
近年來,,致力于提高金屬粉末床熔融增材制造技術(shù)的性能,、效率和在難加工材料成形上的應(yīng)用。開展了介觀多尺度多物理場熔池模擬,、晶粒生長模擬,、鈦鋁合金/鈮硅合金/難焊高溫合金EB-PBF增材制造、以及鎳基合金單晶體EB-PBF增材制造制備等技術(shù)的研發(fā),,發(fā)明了電子束-激光復(fù)合選區(qū)熔化(EB-LHM),、電子束多槍同幅同步加熱及液浮粉末床等創(chuàng)新技術(shù)。
已在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊及會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文260多篇(包括Acta materialia,、Additive Manufacturing,、Computational Mechanics、Engineering,、Journal of Materials Processing Technology,、Physics of Fluids、Rapid Prototyping Journal等SCI檢索期刊論文90多篇),,總引用超過5600次(來自Google Scholar數(shù)據(jù)),。
