個人簡歷:
1983年7月畢業(yè)于西北輕工業(yè)學(xué)院（現(xiàn)陜西科技大學(xué)）材料系，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,；
1986年7月畢業(yè)于武漢工業(yè)大學(xué)（現(xiàn)武漢理工大學(xué)）材料學(xué)院,，獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；

1986年8月-1988年5月在上海建材學(xué)院（并入同濟(jì)大學(xué)材料學(xué)院）任助教,；
1988年6月-1989年3月在日本神奈川大學(xué)客座研究員,；
1989年4月-1992年3月日本岡山大學(xué)自然科學(xué)研究科學(xué)習(xí)，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,；
1992年4月-1995年3月日本山村硝子株式會社新型材料研究所研究員,；
1995年4月-1999年9月日本科技廳新技術(shù)事業(yè)團(tuán)(JST)創(chuàng)造科學(xué)推進(jìn)事業(yè)(ERATO), 日本京都大學(xué)平尾實驗室 Chief Researcher,；

1999年10月-2000年3月在美國康奈爾大學(xué)應(yīng)用與工程物理系Gaeta實驗室Research Associate；

1) 新型光電功能材料與器件特別是玻璃與微晶玻璃光纖
2) 強(qiáng)場（飛秒激光等）與材料的相互作用

　　發(fā)表SCI收錄論文500余篇。其中Science, Nature Photonics, Nature Commun. J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nano Lett., Phys. Rev. Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Opt. Lett.等影響因子大于3的300余篇,。論文被他人引用26500余次,。申請與獲得國內(nèi)外專利30項。
