近日,，素有“打假斗士”之稱的方舟子再次發(fā)力，將打假“利劍”指向被外界捧為“3D打印先驅(qū)”的女企業(yè)家傅蘋(píng)。引發(fā)此事的導(dǎo)火索則是《福布斯》中文網(wǎng)刊登的一篇有關(guān)傅蘋(píng)的報(bào)道,，以及傅蘋(píng)在回憶錄《彎而不折》中展示“慘痛”的國(guó)內(nèi)生活,。6月12日，傅蘋(píng)的母校蘇州大學(xué)發(fā)官方聲明,，指出傅蘋(píng)的回憶錄嚴(yán)重失實(shí),，影響國(guó)家聲譽(yù)。

緣起
“3D打印先驅(qū)”童年飽受摧殘
近日,，素有“打假斗士”之稱的方舟子再次發(fā)力,，將打假“利劍”指向被外界捧為“3D打印先驅(qū)”的女企業(yè)家傅蘋(píng)。引發(fā)此事的導(dǎo)火索則是《福布斯》中文網(wǎng)刊登的一篇有關(guān)傅蘋(píng)的報(bào)道,。

福布斯中文網(wǎng)的這篇名為《從勞改犯到高科技企業(yè)家：傅蘋(píng)的人生路》的報(bào)道,，是為傅蘋(píng)新書(shū)《彎而不折》（Bend, Not Break）造勢(shì)的眾多報(bào)道之一，關(guān)于她在中國(guó)的經(jīng)歷,，離奇得讓人難以置信,。該報(bào)道稱，傅蘋(píng)在文革期間,，‘父母被下放勞改,，傅蘋(píng)需要照顧自己和年幼的妹妹，在南京勞改隊(duì)里度過(guò)了十年,。她在那里接受思想改造,，忍饑挨餓，飽受折磨,，十歲時(shí)慘遭輪奸,，被迫在工廠里當(dāng)了一名童工，沒(méi)有接受良好的教育,�,！���

在此之前，國(guó)內(nèi)知道傅蘋(píng)其人其事的人并不多,�,！陡２妓埂分形木W(wǎng)描述這位高科技企業(yè)家人生之路的文章介紹說(shuō)，傅蘋(píng)曾經(jīng)供職于美國(guó)國(guó)家超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用中心（NCSA）,，工作涉及早期的云計(jì)算模型,、電腦動(dòng)畫(huà)和3D打印技術(shù)；她曾經(jīng)管理的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員包括網(wǎng)景公司創(chuàng)始人馬克·安德森,，后者是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上第一個(gè)獲普遍使用的網(wǎng)頁(yè)瀏覽器的發(fā)明人,；她還曾是美國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧巴馬的座上賓，在美國(guó)“創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)國(guó)家顧問(wèn)委員會(huì)”中任職,。

傅蘋(píng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)名聲,，很大程度上與3D打印技術(shù)的方興未艾相關(guān),。所謂3D打印技術(shù)，實(shí)際上是一系列快速原型成型技術(shù)的統(tǒng)稱,。傅蘋(píng)創(chuàng)辦的科技企業(yè)杰魔公司就是研發(fā)3D相關(guān)軟件,，從事個(gè)性化的鞋子、假肢和航天飛船的維修部件的設(shè)計(jì)和定制的,。就在這個(gè)月,，傅蘋(píng)把公司出售給了3D  Systems公司，并出任新公司的首席戰(zhàn)略官,。

打假
履歷內(nèi)外有別經(jīng)歷太過(guò)傳奇
有網(wǎng)友將“3D打印機(jī)創(chuàng)始人”的“桂冠”安放在她頭上,，方舟子認(rèn)為這是“張冠李戴”，因?yàn)榻苣Ч�司只是�?D數(shù)據(jù)采集,、分析和建模的,，并非做3D打印。至于媒體把傅蘋(píng)稱為是“奧巴馬團(tuán)隊(duì)的人”,，方舟子表示,，“她只是該委員會(huì)的20多個(gè)委員之一”。

方舟子的質(zhì)疑,，還集中在傅蘋(píng)的履歷的諸多疑點(diǎn),。方舟子在博文中寫(xiě)道，傅蘋(píng)在報(bào)道中稱,，上世紀(jì)80年代,，她發(fā)表了一篇討論中國(guó)農(nóng)村溺殺女?huà)氍F(xiàn)象的畢業(yè)論文，因此鋃鐺入獄,，《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》對(duì)此還做了報(bào)道。但方舟子在檢索同期的報(bào)紙時(shí),，并未發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)報(bào)道,。此外，方舟子還發(fā)現(xiàn),，傅蘋(píng)對(duì)國(guó)外媒體和國(guó)內(nèi)媒體在自身履歷描述上往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)“內(nèi)外有別”的情況,。方舟子認(rèn)為，傅蘋(píng)向國(guó)外媒體敘述自身的“文革”經(jīng)歷太過(guò)“傳奇”,，并斥責(zé)其在說(shuō)謊,。

對(duì)此，傅蘋(píng)已經(jīng)承認(rèn)書(shū)中講述的某些情景可能是“情緒記憶”,，有失偏頗,，如書(shū)中講到自己在文革期間被逼目睹一名老師被四馬分尸的情景�,！爱�(dāng)時(shí)我還很小,，聽(tīng)到這些故事后,，我夜里就不停的做惡夢(mèng)，夢(mèng)中不斷出現(xiàn)這種場(chǎng)景,。不知不覺(jué),，我就覺(jué)得自己是親眼目睹了這些事情。但現(xiàn)在我也不太確定自己是親眼目睹了,，還是只在電影或者別的地方看到了這些事情,。我不得不承認(rèn)這是一個(gè)很大的問(wèn)題�,！备堤O(píng)說(shuō),。

此外，還有人質(zhì)疑她講述自己是被驅(qū)逐出境這一說(shuō)法,。不少懷疑者指出只有知名的異見(jiàn)人士才會(huì)被驅(qū)逐出國(guó),。傅蘋(píng)回應(yīng)說(shuō)，在草稿中她沒(méi)有使用“驅(qū)逐出境”這一詞語(yǔ),。這個(gè)詞語(yǔ)是由她的合著者和編輯為吸引讀者而添加的,。但她又稱，從詞典釋義來(lái)講,，驅(qū)逐出境是準(zhǔn)確的,。“如果你被要求離開(kāi)自己的國(guó)家,，而自己又不情愿,，這就是‘驅(qū)逐’�,！�

澄清
蘇州大學(xué)發(fā)聲明回憶錄嚴(yán)重失實(shí)
6月12日,，傅蘋(píng)的母校蘇州大學(xué)發(fā)官方聲明，指出傅蘋(píng)的回憶錄嚴(yán)重失實(shí),，“對(duì)我們國(guó)家及蘇州大學(xué)的聲譽(yù)造成極壞影響,，也引起了海內(nèi)外校友和朋友的極大憤慨�,！�

聲明指出,，收到海內(nèi)外校友和朋友的來(lái)信來(lái)電后，蘇州大學(xué)成立了調(diào)查小組,，對(duì)傅蘋(píng)在校讀書(shū)期間的學(xué)籍檔案等進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真核查,。聲明從學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、英語(yǔ)水平,、畢業(yè)論文,、“手指檢驗(yàn)”計(jì)劃生育等四個(gè)部分對(duì)傅蘋(píng)的回憶錄進(jìn)行澄清。

聲明指出,，1958年生的傅蘋(píng)于1978年9月進(jìn)入江蘇師范學(xué)院（蘇州大學(xué)前身）,，專業(yè)是中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué),。1982年3月16日辦理退學(xué)手續(xù)，未獲畢業(yè)證書(shū)和學(xué)位證書(shū),。在讀期間,，多次無(wú)故曠課，違反學(xué)校學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定,，影響惡劣,，學(xué)校曾于1981年10月給予其行政記過(guò)處分。

傅蘋(píng)在書(shū)中提到,，她去美國(guó)之前只認(rèn)識(shí)三個(gè)英文單詞,。但核查小組的核查結(jié)果是：1978年10月—1979年7月，傅蘋(píng)的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)?yōu)椤皟?yōu)”,，1979年9月—1980年7月,，其英語(yǔ)成績(jī)?yōu)?8分。

傅蘋(píng)于1982年3月從江蘇師范學(xué)院退學(xué),，所以在畢業(yè)生名單中未見(jiàn)其名字,，在檔案中也未見(jiàn)其畢業(yè)論文。但江蘇師范學(xué)院中文系畢業(yè)論文都是以文學(xué)和語(yǔ)言學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,，而不會(huì)涉及“殺害女?huà)搿边@一涉及社會(huì)學(xué)的內(nèi)容,。

根據(jù)蘇州大學(xué)多位教師（這些教師包括她的同班同學(xué)、班主任,、中文系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)）證實(shí),，學(xué)校從未用“手指檢驗(yàn)”計(jì)劃生育這種侮辱性的手段對(duì)女生進(jìn)行相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)�,！案堤O(píng)如此編造謊言,，是對(duì)78級(jí)所有同學(xué)的侮辱！”

蘇州大學(xué)關(guān)于中文系78級(jí)學(xué)生傅蘋(píng)造假事件的聲明

    近期,，有不少關(guān)心我校的海內(nèi)外校友和朋友給我校來(lái)函來(lái)電,，提及我校中文系78級(jí)學(xué)生傅蘋(píng)撰寫(xiě)的回憶錄《彎而不折》（Bend, Not Break）中，有多處與當(dāng)時(shí)事實(shí)完全不相符合的表述,。該書(shū)已于2012年12月31日正式出版，因此對(duì)我們國(guó)家及蘇州大學(xué)的聲譽(yù)造成極壞影響,，也引起了海內(nèi)外校友和朋友的極大憤慨,。
    收到來(lái)信來(lái)電后，我校立即成立了由相關(guān)部門(mén),、學(xué)院,、老師組成的調(diào)查小組，對(duì)傅蘋(píng)在校讀書(shū)期間的學(xué)籍檔案等進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真核查,，向傅蘋(píng)的老師和同班同學(xué)進(jìn)行了了解和訪問(wèn),，得出的基本結(jié)論如下：
    一．關(guān)于傅蘋(píng)在我校的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,。
    傅蘋(píng)，女,，1958年生,，南京籍高考生，于1978年9月進(jìn)入江蘇師范學(xué)院（蘇州大學(xué)前身）,，專業(yè)是中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué),。1982年3月16日辦理退學(xué)手續(xù)，未獲畢業(yè)證書(shū)和學(xué)位證書(shū),。在讀期間,，多次無(wú)故曠課，違反學(xué)校學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定,，影響惡劣,，學(xué)校曾于1981年10月給予其行政記過(guò)處分。
    二．關(guān)于傅蘋(píng)在1978年到1982年四年本科期間修學(xué)英語(yǔ)的問(wèn)題,。
    傅蘋(píng)在書(shū)中提到,，她去美國(guó)之前只認(rèn)識(shí)三個(gè)英文單詞。我們核查后的結(jié)果是：1978年10月—1979年7月,，其英語(yǔ)成績(jī)?yōu)椤皟?yōu)”,，1979年9月—1980年7月，其英語(yǔ)成績(jī)?yōu)椤?8”分,，兩次考試成績(jī)?cè)诎鄡?nèi)均屬中上等水平,。英語(yǔ)是學(xué)生的必修課。
    三．關(guān)于傅蘋(píng)畢業(yè)論文的問(wèn)題,。
    傅蘋(píng)于1982年3月從江蘇師范學(xué)院退學(xué),，所以在畢業(yè)生名單中未見(jiàn)其名字，在檔案中也未見(jiàn)其畢業(yè)論文,，也沒(méi)有她的畢業(yè)證書(shū)和學(xué)位證書(shū),。
    此外，江蘇師范學(xué)院中文系畢業(yè)論文都是以文學(xué)和語(yǔ)言學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,，而不會(huì)涉及“殺害女?huà)搿边@一涉及社會(huì)學(xué)的內(nèi)容,。
    在其就讀期間，78級(jí)同學(xué)沒(méi)有任何人涉及刑事事件,，其被投入監(jiān)獄之事更是子虛烏有,！其組織社團(tuán)被逮捕之事也是一派謊言！
    四．關(guān)于“手指檢驗(yàn)”計(jì)劃生育的問(wèn)題,。
    根據(jù)蘇州大學(xué)多位教師（這些教師包括她的同班同學(xué),、班主任、中文系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)）證實(shí),，學(xué)校從未用這種侮辱性的手段對(duì)女生進(jìn)行相關(guān)檢驗(yàn),，當(dāng)然更談不上得到黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持,。傅蘋(píng)如此編造謊言，是對(duì)78級(jí)所有同學(xué)的侮辱,！
    根據(jù)上述調(diào)查結(jié)果,，我校認(rèn)為傅蘋(píng)在書(shū)中所寫(xiě)內(nèi)容嚴(yán)重失實(shí)，不僅損害了蘇州大學(xué)的名譽(yù),，也使我們國(guó)家形象受到損害,，我們將保留追究的權(quán)利！
    同時(shí),，我們也再一次感謝社會(huì)各界關(guān)心,、維護(hù)國(guó)家形象和蘇州大學(xué)名譽(yù)的有識(shí)之士。蘇州大學(xué)辦學(xué)113年以來(lái),，堅(jiān)持以人為本,，服務(wù)社會(huì)，30多萬(wàn)畢業(yè)生為新中國(guó)的建設(shè)做出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn),，其中不乏各行各業(yè)的骨干和杰出人才,，也有許多畢業(yè)生離校后心系母校，感念師恩,，以捐資助學(xué),、校企合作、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)人才等多種形式回報(bào)母校培育之恩,。蘇州大學(xué)也不乏留學(xué)海外的赤子,，他們?cè)诋悋?guó)他鄉(xiāng)努力奮斗、成績(jī)斐然,，不僅贏得良好的社會(huì)地位,，也為母校增光添彩。他們異域拼搏之時(shí)能常念母校深恩,，各盡所能,，為母校在學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng),、科研創(chuàng)新等方面提供幫助,，開(kāi)拓渠道，誠(chéng)心切切,，不求回報(bào),，使母校深感欣慰和驕傲。這些事實(shí)又豈是個(gè)別別有用心之人能妄言抹殺的,？

Official Statement on the Deceptive Behavior of Ping Fu, a Former Student of Soochow University

    Recently, many of our alumni at home and abroad have contacted us regarding the validity of the book, Bend, Not Break: A Life in Two Worlds. They claim that some stories in the book are outright falsehoods. These falsehoods have given both our school and country a poor reputation and caused our alumni and friends to feel deeply incensed.
      Upon notification of the inquiries from many of our alumni, an investigation team consisting of professors in relevant departments was formed. After careful examination on Ping Fu's student record in this University's archive and many visits to Ping Fu’s teachers and classmates, the following statement is being released for clarification.
      1. Ping Fu was a student at this University with no degree earned
     Ping Fu, female, born in 1958, a native from Nanjing, was admitted as a student in Chinese Literature in September 1978 into Jiangsu Teachers' College (predecessor of Soochow University, or Suzhou University in pinyin, 蘇州大學(xué)). During her undergraduate years, a demerit entry was made in her record in October 1981 due to several infractions. She formally withdrew from school on March 16, 1982 and earned no diploma or degree from this University.
      2. Ping Fu took English as mandated by the curriculum
     In her book, Ping Fu claimed that she went to the U.S. knowing only three English words – “hello, thank you, and help.” However, our curriculum included mandatory college-level English courses for the first two years. ?The record from the University Registrar’s Office indicates that Ping Fu received an "Excellent" (equivalent to an A) and an 88% (equivalent to a B+) in English as a freshman (1978 to 1979) and as a sophomore (1979 to 1980), respectively. ?
      3. No record of Ping Fu's alleged graduation thesis exists
     Ping Fu withdrew from the University a few months before graduation. There are no records of her graduation thesis, or any related work and materials in the University Registrar’s Office.
     As an additional note of clarification, student thesis topics in the Department of Chinese Literature at this University have always been focused on literature and linguistic studies, which do not involve infanticide, a study subject more in the realm of Sociology than in Literature and Linguistics.
      4. No student admitted in 1978 was arrested between 1978 and 1982
     During 1978-1982, no student admitted in 1978 at this University was arrested for criminal conduct or other reasons, let alone for organizing a literary society. Ping Fu’s claim of her arrest and imprisonment is entirely unfounded and contrary to facts.
      5. There was no enforcement of birth control measures on undergraduate students
     The University hereby states unequivocally that this reputable institution of higher learning has never enforced any birth control measures on undergraduate students. Ping Fu’s allegation of “finger checking” for female students’ menstrual periods for birth control purposes is resoundingly false and has unfairly sullied the reputation of female students at this University. To further confirm the absurdity of such allegation, the University additionally contacted a number of individuals in and out of the University who experienced and are knowledgeable of the time period in question. These individuals, including Ping Fu’s former classmates, faculty advisors and the leadership of the Department of Chinese Literature of this University, have all confirmed without any question that such a practice never occurred at Soochow University.
    Based on the above findings, this University ultimately concludes that Ping Fu’s relevant narrative in her memoir is factually inaccurate and has damaged the image of Soochow University. Soochow University reserves the right to take further action.
     At the same time, we would like to thank all alumni and friends for their support and concern for Soochow University. Over the past 113 years, Soochow University has nurtured more than 300,000 graduates who have gone on to make significant contributions for our country. These talented alumni remain loyal and attached to their alma mater, expressing their gratitude for their education through regular reunions and donations, and maintaining old friendships from their time at this school. Not only have these alumni made contributions in our country, but many have also gone abroad, spreading the good name of Soochow University through their hard work and successes. Many alumni overseas have quietly given back to the university in the areas of discipline construction, talent training, and scientific research, making their mother university proud. It is not fair for Ping Fu and her thunderous falsehoods to write off the many good deeds and pride that all the other alumni have done and shared for Soochow University.
