鉑力特將攜雙激光雙向鋪粉設(shè)備BLT-S400亮相FORMNEXT2019

2019年11月19至21日,，目前全球規(guī)模最大的3D打印專業(yè)展會FORMNEXT將在德國法蘭克福隆重舉行,，全球超800家3D打印廠商參展,，中國展商超70家。為了滿足中國數(shù)十萬熊友對全球3D打印發(fā)展最新情況的了解,，南極熊作為FORMNEXT2019中國戰(zhàn)略合作專業(yè)媒體,，將會到展會現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行報(bào)道,。
據(jù)南極熊了解，科創(chuàng)板3D打印第一股鉑力特,，將攜雙激光雙向鋪粉設(shè)備BLT-S400亮相FORMNEXT2019,，現(xiàn)場展示BLT-S400鋪粉檢測功能。

BLT-S400是鉑力特針對零件的批量化打印開發(fā)的SLM設(shè)備,，設(shè)備支持公司自主研發(fā)的智能互聯(lián)BLT-MES系統(tǒng),，并通過了CE安全認(rèn)證、ATEX防爆評估及FDA激光安全注冊,，可持續(xù)為航空,、航天等高端領(lǐng)域用戶提供服務(wù)，受到用戶一致好評,。設(shè)備經(jīng)過自檢功能升級,，可實(shí)現(xiàn)打印全程鋪粉狀態(tài)自檢測，并根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果對粉末不均勻的打印層再次鋪粉,，及時(shí)調(diào)整鋪粉狀態(tài),，保證零件成形精度在可控范圍內(nèi)。

展會現(xiàn)場,，鉑力特將發(fā)布BLT-S310,、BLT-S320、BLT-S400及BLT-A300設(shè)備高端選配功能：永久過濾系統(tǒng),、反吹過濾系統(tǒng)及BLT-A300設(shè)備模具自動(dòng)嫁接功能,，為用戶提供更加安全、更加高效,、更加智能的數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)方案,。

永久過濾系統(tǒng)
永久過濾系統(tǒng)采用H13等級特制濾芯，超長使用壽命無需更換濾芯,，有效避免成形過程中斷,；同時(shí)濾芯可實(shí)現(xiàn)完全表面過濾，維護(hù)工藝穩(wěn)定的同時(shí),，還可有效阻燃粉料,，保證設(shè)備在低氧環(huán)境工作，大幅增加設(shè)備操作安全,，避免金屬粉塵易燃易爆危險(xiǎn),。

反吹過濾系統(tǒng)
反吹過濾系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)三級過濾，濾芯定期自動(dòng)清理,，使用壽命超過1500小時(shí),，并可過濾多種材料粉塵，無懼換粉挑戰(zhàn),；同時(shí),，系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部緊湊的模塊化設(shè)計(jì),、全面的安全性保障，為設(shè)備長時(shí)間穩(wěn)定高效運(yùn)行保駕護(hù)航,。

模具自動(dòng)嫁接
自動(dòng)嫁接功能是鉑力特針對模具行業(yè),，在BLT-A300設(shè)備現(xiàn)有功能基礎(chǔ)上，開發(fā)的全新自動(dòng)化解決方案,，可實(shí)現(xiàn)零件自動(dòng)嫁接,。設(shè)備內(nèi)部采用高分辨率工業(yè)相機(jī)、自主研發(fā)控制軟件,、智能優(yōu)化算法，精準(zhǔn)提取嫁接基座輪廓與內(nèi)部特征信息,，高效完成復(fù)雜模型與嫁接基座位置偏差計(jì)算,，自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)模型校準(zhǔn)，同步完成出光打印,。

除此之外,，鉑力特還將攜帶航空航天、電子,、醫(yī)療,、模具、汽車,、文創(chuàng)等領(lǐng)域展品,，展示鉑力特在大尺寸、高精度,、批量化,、新材料及創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)等方面的打印能力及應(yīng)用成果。

BLT double laser and double direction equipment BLT-S400 will debut overseas, and the powder-coating detection function of BLT-S400 will also be unveiled. BLT-S400 is a SLM machine developed by BLT for batch production of parts. BLT-S400 matches BLT-MES system, and has passed CE safety certification, ATEX explosion-proof evaluation and FDA laser safety registration, mainly serving high-end  industries such as aviation and aerospace. The equipment is upgraded by the self-checking function, which can realize the self-test of the whole-printing state of the printing process, and again powder the printing layer with uneven powder according to the detection result, adjust the powder-laying state in time, ensure part's forming precision within controllable range.

At the exhibition site, BLT will release the optional function of BLT-S310, BLT-S320, BLT-S400 and BLT-A300: permanent filtration system, backflush filter system, and mold automatic grafting function of BLT-A300, to provide users with more and more safe, efficient and smart digital production solutions.
Permanent Filtration System
The permanent filter system uses H13 special filter, which can effectively avoid the interruption of the forming process to achieve  “l(fā)ong life filter, forever benefit”.The filter element can realize complete surface filtration, maintaining the stability of process, and the powder can be effectively retarded, to ensure the equipment works in a low-oxygen environment, greatly increasing the safety of equipment operation and avoiding the danger of metal dust being flammable and explosive.

Backflush Filtration System
Three-stage filtration&automatic cleaning waste residue, make the machine efficient and stable, safe and reliable. The filter`s service life is over 1500 hours. Regular automatic cleaning and maintaining filter makes it more and more stable and efficient, ensuring the safe and controllable forming process. Meanwhile, the system can adapt to multiple materials, no fear of powder replacement challenges. And the compact modular design and comprehensive safety guarantee the long-term stable equipment operation.

Automatic Mold Grafting
The automatic mold grafting is a new automation solution developed by BLT for the mold industry based on the existing functions of BLT-A300. The high-resolution industrial camera, independent R&D control software and intelligent optimization algorithm can help users accurately extract the contour and internal feature information of the grafting base, efficiently compute the deviation between grafting bases and complex models, complete automatization of model calibration and laser-on printing.

In addition, BLT will also bring exhibits in the fields of aerospace, electronics, medical, mold, automotive, creative products, to demonstrate the printing capabilities and applications of BLT in large size, high precision, batch production, new materials and innovative optimization design.
